Voice Solution

For over 20 years Intelident’s Coast Dental has provided family dentistry services through over 175 dentists in Florida and the greater Atlanta Metro area.  When Intelident acquired west coast based Smilecare in 2012, they took on an additional 60 dental office locations in California & Nevada.  As part of integrating the Smilecare brand into Coast Dental, the public facing toll-free numbers for both organizations needed to be merged – and it needed to be done “yesterday”.  Enter iDimension.

With close to 200 locations, and the need to serve both Spanish and English speakers – integrating the toll-free numbers for these organizations wasn’t trivial.  The solution required several complex-logic prompt connection options, a zip code office location look-up service, as well as greetings & voice menu options unique to the caller’s location.  And of course, everything need to be integrated into Google Analytics for robust reporting.
